Processing

Applications are processed in the order received. The property remains on the market and available until a complete, qualifying application is approved and a lease is signed.

Where a subsidy is time-limited and does not continue through the full lease term, the income standard is applied to the full monthly rent using the applicant's own verified ongoing income.
